Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan in supported locations.

Order Confirmation

Customers may receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message before the order is dispatched. Please provide a correct phone number and complete delivery address.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact ApexPK Customer Support with your order number so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address

ApexPK is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide relevant photos or videos where required.
